Deskripsjon: In a spectaular setting close to the sea, framed by the Santa Cruz towers, the Castillo Negro, the Casa de la Polvora and the imposing auditorium, the italian Primi is to be found, "El Primero". With awesome minimalist decoration with retro touches, the kitchen is as immaculate as an opening theatre, this restaurant is quite rightly named to be a "number one" on the island. They have a different kind of working philosophy that everyone likes whether 18 or 90 years old. Their tables breathe cosmopolitanism, the flavours are different and the dishes very careful. Exquisite and vibrant is a Shanghaiy Salad, made with marinated chicken and soya sprouts as well as a marvelous steak in serrano ham crouton, beef marinade embraced with bacon, stuffed with Iberian ham and sauteed mushrooms. Leaving a good flavour is the Pappardelle Leo with hand made pepper sauteed with dried tomatoes.
