Deskripsjon: Everyone falls in love with this restaurant founded in 1986. Set in a very old house, history can be taken in from each one of its corners, whilst one cannot avoid admiring the passion which the owners Regulo and Jesus Manuel Pages have put into it, so as to keep pace with all the relevant style details contained therein. Hotels in the area recommend it as within its walls reigns a selected international flair. Its cookery features a pleasant combination of "tasty Canarian food with international flavour" or vice versa. This symbiosis has resulted in deliciously genuine and refined dishes, cooked with great care. It is worth tasting the scallops and asparagus tartlets filled with prawns on a bed of spinach and the salom and prawn rolls.

We have visited Puerto de la Cruz for over 20 years and Regulo is by far our favorite restaurant. The food and service are both excellent, the menu a delight and the atmosphere very special. On our arrival each year our first priority is to call in and book our tables at Regulo for the duration of our stay. Now under the ownership of Jesus Manuel Pages and his daughter Marta Pages, the standard is still as high as ever. Highly recommended !

Whenever I visit Pueto de la Cruz, Its a must to visit my favorite Restaurant,You'l find the ambiance & service excellent. they have a full menue including international & canarian cuisine, & at the end of the evening when you receive the bill, it wiil be a lot less than you expected.Although Snr Regulo has now retired, the same high standard as been retained.
