Deskripsjon: Young and creative with Belgian hostelry formation (his natural land) Stefan is a chef with clear apsirations to dominate the world of the unpredictable flavours of modern cooking that arrives all over to occupy places of social importance. His journey through continental restaurants that hold the coveted michelin stars have served to give him wide vision of the European culinary spectrum, with his tendencies in Tenerife he was chef of El Patio in the hotel Jardin Tropical (one of our most famous restaurants to date in the Abama). He transferred as chief chef of the Tasca El Palo where he was awarded the "Plato de Oro" one of the national gastronomy prizes of 2003. Today from his own ovens, he tempts with a warm breaded shrimp salad with almonds in oregano vinaigrette, he shines with rack of lamb, fine herb sauce with Dauphines au gratin, sweetens with cake "Tatin" served hot with vanilla ice cream and calvados.
