Deskripsjon: Situated in one of the side streets off the square in El Medano. Hermann and Karola, the owners, give you a very warm welcome. All the food is freshly prepared and cooked. They have a daily specials board and lots of local wines on the wine list. Unusual starters, meat and fish main courses and delicious desserts.

Before going to Yaiza we had been to 5 different restaurants in El Medano which varied from edible to reasonably good. Our first meal at Yaiza was so good we booked a table for the next two nights before going back to the UK, which was just as well as there was no spare tables.
The food was not only freshly prepared, but looked good and tasted superb and there were REAL vegtables included, something that seemed to be lacking in all the other restaurants - other than the canarian potatoes.
For anyone enjoying good food without it costing an arm and a leg, I am confident that they will enjoy the food in this restaurant.
