The restaurant La Nautica offer a full range of tapas and starters including whitebait, fresh battered fish fingers and the Canarian speciality gofio escaldado from just €2.50. Soups and salads start at €3.50. Their suppliers are local fishermen from El Tejado to Alcalá so the fish menu depends on what the sea delivers that morning and they have an excellent range of meat dishes too.
