Deskripsjon: Still engraved in our eyes are incredible presentations and prodigoous flavours remain stuck to our palate from this unpresuming place, that like many, we visit without explaining what it is that we are doing. It is one of the places in which you are swept along the palatial experience, without demands or horizons, come what may. Later the reasons are clarified. Manu Regalado (who works in the kitchen alongside his brother Tomas and the magnificent chef Jesus de Juan) should be impregnated with knowledge with all his senses in action, from passing through the school of cooking "El Txoko del Gourmet" in San Sebastian, Guipuzcoa, from working as chief chef in the restaurant "Martin Berasategui" from Lasarte, Guipuzcoa (where he formed part of the group developing new dishes) as cheif chef in the restaurant "El Bulli" in Gerona, from the very well known Ferran Adria and other none the less exciting working experiences. They present two menus, one with light dishes and the other with XXI Century dishes.
