Deskripsjon: Felipe Monje, the last generation in this chain of wine cellar owners that were started way back in 1750, is the owner of this wine cellar built by his father D. Miguel Monje in 1956. Felipe, with his hardworking companion, Dolores, gives us the best way to enjoy excellent Canarian dishes in very pleasant surroundings. You need to reserve for groups from 20 up to 100 people. The meal starts with wine tasting and entree, then you have a chance of walking through the wine cellar and seeing the House wine going through its fermentation process. The vineyards that are quite close to the restaurant are at 600 metres above sea level. These benefit from the rich fertile volcanic soil. The slopes where they are grown are always in need of the constant care and attention of man for their upkeep. The panoramic view is as if it has been sent directly from heaven.
