Deskripsjon: In the street, an elegant carved crystal door is the only sign there is of the existence of these imposing premises; the back room magnificently opens up in front of the old fisihing port of La Caleta. jumping to the present implanting a ductile style of space for drinks and a rich Italian restaurant, allowing everyone to enjoy the facilities without having to opt for high prices. Predicting the enjoyment of the evening, enticing with starters such as 'Melodia del Mar' or 'warm octopus over a bed of new potatoes' dishes that are served to the same fine standards as 'Spaghetti with Lobster' that, without taking away merit from other pastas, can round off the occasion. With the eye-catching furniture in red and black retro-illumination, 'Rojo sobre el Mar' (the Castilian name alluding to the beautiful evening sunsets which dominate from here) is another pearl in this marine corner of Adeje, which has taken some of the best restaurants on the Island.

Just back from a week in Costa Adeje. Rosso sul mare restaurante was a highlite for dinner. Great black Tagliolini with seafood or the solomillo con peras (fillet steak) was excellent too. The Chef Franco, puts some great combination together and waiters Antonio and Laurent made the meal special. Ill go back

Visited tonight with our 2 children, excellent service, staff excellent and very helpful. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Wonderful view out onto the sea and the kids loved the play area right next to us. 5 stars

Restaurant Rosso Sul Mare in La Caleta, adeje, Tenerife, is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Tenerife. The location by the sea makes this restaurant unique! Food is great and waiters are very friendly!!

A fashionable & elegantly decorated and nice place with a great sea view and immaculate toilets. Good food is served by very nice and well trained staff. Prices are reasonable though certainly not low from the Island's point of view unless compared with high class hotel prices in the South. We will go again and again if it doesn't decline like many do over the years.

We loved this place, very nice pina coladas. And especially staff is proffessional! Served by a waiter (11.04.08), whos name i dont know but he was excellent. Good work ! Defenetely worth visit again when come back!

This is my absolute favourite restaurant on the island.Probably the best setting next to the sea but the food is the nicest,service impeccable...

This is a very chic establishment, located in a developing yet characterful village of La Caleta. The staff are friendly and efficient and birthday parties held at the establishment are given that little something extra to make the occasion special for all ages. The quality of the food is always very high, the staff attentive and the owners seem to have got the interviewing of candidates right for their establishment as all the employees are a pleasure to deal with. The bonus is the view overlooking the sea towards La Gomera. The sunsets can be excepional at certain times of the year. For parents there is in close proximity a childrens' playground.
To conclude, it has the view, it provides very good food, excellent friendly service and child friendly in an unspoilt spanish environment where there are not too many "brits on holiday".
